Customized and made-to-order products

Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products are generally not returnable or cancellable for preference-based reasons once production begins. This does not apply to defective, damaged, incorrectly made, or incorrectly shipped items, or where applicable law gives you a non-waivable right.
